“After two years with another provider, I took a chance and switched providers to Wellmedr. My first couple shipments were slightly delayed and I contacted their Care team with my concerns. I was personally contacted by Rob, who runs their entire operations at Wellmedr, and he went over and beyond to listen to my concerns and then personally ensured everything was corrected. I've never had such great customer service, so quickly. They have earned a loyal customer moving forward. I would highly recommend Wellmedr to anyone.”

“I am very impressed with this company. Their customer service, Zia in particular, should be commended. I was afraid I'd have to stop my medication for financial reasons, and Zia worked out a revised plan at a lower rate. No pressure to accept it - but because of it I've been able to continue my weight loss efforts, which I'm killin'!”

“I am changing my one star to 3 stars since I did get help with getting back on track. My medication is on the way. I still have to say though that it takes an act of congress to get help. They need to come up with a better system. This should not be stressful and you should receive your medication ON TIME AND WITHOUT CONFUSION every time. I got lucky and mine was processed quickly. The last time it sat at the pharmacy for over a week before it shipped out. They may need to slow down on new customers until they get a system in place to accommodate their current customers. Thank you Rob for helping to get my order on track. Hopefully everything will go smoothly on my next delivery.”

“First at all, has to say that the tirzepatide it's compound with Glycine, that's the only point that I like it, because with glycine that's not had bad reports like with Vit B. The medical communication care teams it's horrible, that's false they respond fast, never respond, in my case I just have a check in after the first dose, it make feel the company, that they are just selling merchandise, very poor service. The support email, they never answered, I sent them 2 email with not response. I decide to call and CANCEL. They do answer the call and Cancel my subscription. Why I cancel? Because they CHARGE EVERY 21 DAYS, that's mean you pay more more than the medication you get, that's the worst part. I don't know why the people doesn't mention this issue, they said it's for an advanced, but even there policies says that in 365 days period, you are going to pay 18 quotes.... So I decided to cancel, I don't know you, but I treasure my money, and paying for nothing it's not a option”

“I placed an order a week ago. Everything said approved and moved to shipping the same day. It is 8 days later and all I get is there is a delay in shipping and it should process soon. Definitely feeling like a scam. When I click on website from email, I get a 404 error. No one ever answers the phone. When I contacted support I was told they could not find an account. I did a reply through chat and was informed it is being worked. At this point, I just want a refund and to find a reputable company to get medication.”

Questions

MEDGm vs wellmedr: common questions

The bottom line

MEDGm is our pick in this matchup — one of the only programs offering an oral GLP-1 tablet alongside compounded injections and brand-name Zepbound. Choose wellmedr only if its strength (gLP-1 paired with a broader longevity and wellness stack) matters more to you than price and our overall rating.

How we compare — and how to read this

We weigh the factors that actually change a patient’s experience: real price (and whether it’s compounded or branded), the medications and formulations on offer, shipping, pharmacy accreditation and the clinician model, insurance stance, and commitment. We name a top pick for most people, then lay the trade-offs out in full so you can override it when your priorities or insurance point the other way. Pricing is provider-reported and moves often — and compounded-drug availability shifts with FDA shortage status — so confirm the current details on the provider’s own site before enrolling. Affiliate relationships never change a program’s placement. This page is educational, not medical advice; see our disclaimer.
