“I am changing my one star to 3 stars since I did get help with getting back on track. My medication is on the way. I still have to say though that it takes an act of congress to get help. They need to come up with a better system. This should not be stressful and you should receive your medication ON TIME AND WITHOUT CONFUSION every time. I got lucky and mine was processed quickly. The last time it sat at the pharmacy for over a week before it shipped out. They may need to slow down on new customers until they get a system in place to accommodate their current customers. “First at all, has to say that the tirzepatide it's compound with Glycine, that's the only point that I like it, because with glycine that's not had bad reports like with Vit B. The medical communication care teams it's horrible, that's false they respond fast, never respond, in my case I just have a check in after the first dose, it make feel the company, that they are just selling merchandise, very poor service. The support email, they never answered, I sent them 2 email with not response. I decide to call and CANCEL. They do answer the call and Cancel my subscription. Why I cancel? Because they CHARGE EVERY 21 DAYS, that's mean you pay more more than the medication you get, that's the worst part. I don't know why the people doesn't mention this issue, they said it's for an advanced, but even there policies says that in 365 days period, you are going to pay 18 quotes.... So I decided to cancel, I don't know you, but I treasure my money, and paying for nothing it's not a option”

I did a reply through chat and was informed it is being worked. At this point, I just want a refund and to find a reputable company to get medication.”

However, they need to ensure for a solid audio-video connection to see whom you're speaking with (there's too much FRAUD going on today) especially when it comes to your health. It's very important to see and get there credentials/whom you're speaking with about your health - you know, the HIPPA ACT Policy. Otherwise, I really enjoy this Rx, it really curves your appetite. My PRAYER is NO side effects so that I can continue and accomplish my goal. I started this program in March 2026. It cost too much not to receive stellar service.”

“For the first 5 months, they were great. Good service. Good communication. Then, all communication stopped: no emails, no text. I called and canceled. But they would not send me a cancellation email. In three additional calls.”

“I transitioned to Medvi from another company and have been using GLP-1s for over a year. Medvi didn't review my history and continuously sent me a level 1 prescription when I needed a level 5. It took weeks to get each one resolved, including multiple calls/emails with customer service, and having to explain why I didn't want to pay more money for the "extra prescriptions". I paid for three months, but will not be renewing after these months are over.”

“I signed up for medication and was charged without ever having spoken to a medical professional. They ordered medication that was an incorrect dose. I met with their medical provider and she agreed to change to the correct dose. The change was never made. I called numerous times to correct the problem, I was assured that it was corrected. It never was. I called to cancel the order and request a refund. I was told I would have a refund in 5-10 days. I didn't receive confirmation of the refund and was getting notified that the prescription was being processed. I called again and was told to ignore the notification that it was cancelled and I would receive a refund. The order was shipped to me. It is not labeled with the correct dosage and the company is now refusing the refund I was promised. I have been on the phone and in email communication almost daily. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with MEDVI. They are not trustworthy. They will lie to you and refuse to honor their word.”

“Medvi promised GLP 1 medication for $179.00 monthly with a prepaid yearly subscription. Unfortunately the term was not a complete year. After just 11 shipments they renewed my subscription without any advance notice. They did not give me a choice. The amount I was charged previously was $2,148.01. If you divide this amount by 11 it does not come out to $179.00. When I did discover the charge applied to my card, I contacted Medvi that same day to cancel my subscription. They replied that they have cancelled it the following August in 2027. They would not allow me to cancel the current subscription. Not until I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and my State Attorney General did they finally refund my subscription. I would not deal with this company. Even though the medication was supposed to be monthly, the dosage that I was prescribed was two injections weekly. The dosage amount and the amount that they sent did not last for 8 injections for the month.”
