“At first had a hard time canceling my monthly subscription, but they did finally get that taken care of. The product is great, I just didnt need/want a monthly prescription. I wish they had more flexibility in that regard. Maybe an every other month, or just buy as needed.”

“MEDVi offers a lot of assistance with the RN, Provider. and Coaching Support - I like that assistance. However, they need to ensure for a solid audio-video connection to see whom you're speaking with (there's too much FRAUD going on today) especially when it comes to your health. It's very important to see and get there credentials/whom you're speaking with about your health - you know, the HIPPA ACT Policy. Otherwise, I really enjoy this Rx, it really curves your appetite. My PRAYER is NO side effects so that I can continue and accomplish my goal. I started this program in March 2026. It cost too much not to receive stellar service.”

“Caution is advised. The operational efficiency of this company is significantly lagging, causing an impediment to my regular medication intake schedule. Regrettably, their customer support inadequacies persist, coupled with a lack of responsibility for service deficiencies. In addition, their pricing surpasses that of competitors. It is my recommendation to refrain from engaging with this establishment due to their unreliability in ensuring timely delivery of essential medications for weekly GLP-1 dosages.”

“For the first 5 months, they were great. Good service. Good communication. Then, all communication stopped: no emails, no text. I called and canceled. But they would not send me a cancellation email. In three additional calls.”

“I transitioned to Medvi from another company and have been using GLP-1s for over a year. Medvi didn't review my history and continuously sent me a level 1 prescription when I needed a level 5. It took weeks to get each one resolved, including multiple calls/emails with customer service, and having to explain why I didn't want to pay more money for the "extra prescriptions". I paid for three months, but will not be renewing after these months are over.”

“I signed up for medication and was charged without ever having spoken to a medical professional. They ordered medication that was an incorrect dose. I met with their medical provider and she agreed to change to the correct dose. The change was never made. I called numerous times to correct the problem, I was assured that it was corrected. It never was. I called to cancel the order and request a refund. I was told I would have a refund in 5-10 days. I didn't receive confirmation of the refund and was getting notified that the prescription was being processed. I called again and was told to ignore the notification that it was cancelled and I would receive a refund. The order was shipped to me. It is not labeled with the correct dosage and the company is now refusing the refund I was promised. I have been on the phone and in email communication almost daily. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with MEDVI. They are not trustworthy. They will lie to you and refuse to honor their word.”

“Medvi promised GLP 1 medication for $179.00 monthly with a prepaid yearly subscription. Unfortunately the term was not a complete year. After just 11 shipments they renewed my subscription without any advance notice. They did not give me a choice. The amount I was charged previously was $2,148.01. If you divide this amount by 11 it does not come out to $179.00. When I did discover the charge applied to my card, I contacted Medvi that same day to cancel my subscription. They replied that they have cancelled it the following August in 2027. They would not allow me to cancel the current subscription. Not until I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and my State Attorney General did they finally refund my subscription. I would not deal with this company. Even though the medication was supposed to be monthly, the dosage that I was prescribed was two injections weekly. The dosage amount and the amount that they sent did not last for 8 injections for the month.”
